In latin, Relatus means to restore, repay and return. We work with individuals to help better their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. We refine and develop soft, social and emotional skills and work with you to create strategies that are implemented to align with career and business outcomes to ensure success. 


We’ve always specialised in relationships, starting with business networking skills through to managing complex networks of stakeholders.


We've evolved since our founding in 2005, with our focus on giving you the human advantage for the future. We believe our capability development programs coupled with our advisory services, will improve your teams confidence, communication and credibility.

Julia grew up with travel agents as parents, so was lucky enough to explore the world from a young age and developed a keen interest in sociology (micro and macro), psychology, neurology and the science that bridges them.

Her expertise includes over 20 years of practice and research combined with Advanced Certifications in Neuro-linguistics, Emotional Intelligence (Genos & MSCEIT), Performance Consulting, Training and Assessment.

She has authored three books 'Relationship Networks- The Future of Business', ‘Schmoozing the Globe’ and ‘BUZZ’ and appears regularly in TV, Radio and Print Media promoting the growing importance of networking relationships in business today.


Linda Dunn


    Linda loves helping people, and always goes above and beyond to make an impact.

    Over 10 years corporate experience, both B2B and B2C, have helped sharpen Linda’s best strength, dealing with people. She has a unique ability to connect and make others feel comfortable.

    Her background combines sales, relationship management and administration. She loves getting things done, is approachable and best of all bubbly!


    Linda's formal qualifications include an Arts degree and Diploma in HR.

    Our Colours
    • Orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. Orange represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation. Orange increases oxygen supply to the brain, produces an invigorating effect, and stimulates mental activity. In heraldry, orange is symbolic of strength and endurance.

    • Blue is the colour of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolises trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect. Blue is strongly associated with tranquility and calmness. In heraldry, blue is used to symbolise piety and sincerity.

    hives to needy families and have a long standing financial commitment supporting global communities.

    Driven by a customer focus, Amanda is a passionate marketing consultant to businesses, and a strong believer in marketing that adds value. 

    A successful track record of delivering results over 20 years in FMCG, consumer and commercial durable markets. Her experience covers building brands, developing strategy, managing revenue and implementation.  



    Greg Palmer is the Director, Leadership and Learning at Deloitte 


    He is the recipient of various HRIA awards, is a registered Psychologist and has a Masters in Organisational Psychology. 

    His other areas of expertise include Behavioural Assessment, Performance Management and Career Development, Sales Capability and Corporate Health and Wellbeing.


    Greg’s passion lies in applying the principles of Positive Psychology and a Strengths Based Approach.
