20 Year Anniversary Celebration 

On 16 October, 2025, Julia Palmer hosted an evening of heartfelt connection to celebrate 20 years since delivering her very first workshop — a journey sparked by a powerful moment when a participant asked, “So… what you’re saying is that I can be myself?” That question became the foundation for two decades of work helping people build the confidence and capability to connect, collaborate, and lead with heart.

 

The event was filled with emotion, laughter, and legacy, with clients from Julia’s earliest days, her very first employee, and countless others who’ve shaped and supported her mission to create a more connected world. It was a true celebration of relational intelligence, authentic connection, and the human advantage.
