Service Description

This Session includes a link to complete the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment and book a 2 hour feedback session to go through the report. Note: No coaching/ embedding as part of this booking. You will get; * Benchmarked, raw and gap scores for each of the 6 EI competency and behaviours measured to help leaders quickly interpret and act on their results. * Hear from your raters with specific responses for each competency assessed. These are captured in the Feedback Report and help leaders understand the context behind rater responses to assessment questions. * See results with the ‘traffic light’ methodology which helps leaders quickly identify gaps between how important and how well they demonstrate emotionally intelligent workplace behaviours. Price is for conducting the 360 assessment, report and following feedback session. Note - you will be asked to book the feedback session at the time of confirming this program. Please allow enough time for yourself and your raters to complete the surveys and for us to collate the report - approx 2-3 weeks. If your report is not ready in time we will re-schedule at no additional cost. The Feedback session will be held over zoom.
